Preschool Classroom Assistant

We are seeking a Preschool Classroom Assistant to join our full-day program. This person will work closely with our lead educators to support a mixed-age group of children in a warm, respectful, and responsive classroom environment. The ideal candidate has experience supporting children with behavioral and/or high-needs challenges and can contribute to a calm, caring, and collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Level 2 Early Childhood Educator Certificate (preferred)
• Experience working with children ages 3–5 in a group setting
• Comfort and experience supporting children with behavioral needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Calm, patient, and confident presence in a busy classroom
• Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Clear Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
